Where Can I Purchase Tickets?

Tickets are available to purchase on our website https://grotto.alton-gardencentre.co.uk and must be booked via our online booking platform Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. You can also press the large button on the top of the page labelled “Click Here to Book Santa”.

 

Do I have to Pay for a New Born?

No, but they must be with a paying sibling. If they do not have a sibling a ticket must be purchased for the Child. 

 

When Should I Arrive?

We advise 5 minutes prior to your booking time – the car park could be busy do allow plenty of time.

 

How Do I Receive My Tickets?

No physical tickets are issued. An email will be sent containing your order number. Make sure to have a copy of the email with you on your device just in case.

 

Can I Just Turn Up?

We strongly advise that you book however during off-peak times there could be availability.

 

Where is the Entrance?

The entrance is by the side of our Hard Landscaping department halfway down the car park It will be signposted.

 

What Gifts Are Provided?

Alton Garden Centre will provide an age-appropriate gift for each child together with a Christmas tree. The grotto gift is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise. If the gift is damaged, please let us know within 24 hours and we will provide a replacement.

 

Is the Grotto wheelchair-friendly?

Yes, the Grotto is wheelchair friendly.

 

How many Adults Can come along on the booking?

We are only allowing a maximum of 4 x adults per booking. This is because the grotto can fill up very quickly if there are too many adults and keeps the experience pleasant for everyone.
